Discovery! Rocks formed by water, was life possible?
On 2 June 2022 or Sol 3492 the Mastcam on Curiosity rover created a mosaic of some flaky layered rocks that would have been formed by a steam or small pond of water. Could that mean life could have had the right conditions to exist on the ancient surface of Mars? #Caltech #curiosity #Geology #mars #NASA #Space
